Social Channels Invalidated
Re-authenticating an invalid social channel
Sometimes a connected social channel may become invalidated. This can happen when the social platform’s permissions expire, the account password or security settings change, or Mavic’s access is removed from the social platform.
When this happens, Mavic may no longer be able to publish posts or pull performance data from that channel until it is re-authenticated. Any scheduled posts connected to that channel may also fail to publish.
How to re-authenticate

- Click Integrations in the side navigation.
- Click Social.
- Find the social channel that has been invalidated.
- Click the three dots next to the channel.
- Click Re-authenticate.
Your social channel should now show as active again.
