Facebook Pages connection

Mavic connects to Facebook Pages (not personal profiles). You need admin or editor permissions on the Page you want to connect.

How to connect

1. Click Integrations in the side navigation.
2. Find Facebook and click Connect.
3. Allow browser pop-ups.
4. Log in to Facebook with an account that has Page admin permissions.
5. Approve the requested permissions — Mavic needs:

• pages_show_list
• pages_manage_posts
• pages_read_engagement
• pages_manage_metadata

6. Pick the Page you want to connect (you may have multiple).
7. Confirm.

The Page now shows as Connected in Integrations.

What you can do

• Publish text, image, carousel, and link posts
• Schedule via Planner
• Pull post engagement (reactions, comments, shares, reach)
• Sync past posts to the Planner
• Get publish failure notifications

Common issues

• "No Pages found" — the account you logged in with isn't an admin on any Page. Ask the Page admin to add you, or have them connect directly.
• Token expired — re-authenticate via Integrations → Facebook → Reconnect.
• Permissions skipped during auth — disconnect and reconnect, approving all requested permissions.

Notes

• Mavic supports Pages, not Groups or personal profiles.
• Boosted/paid posts can be created via the Page but boosting must be done in Meta's Ads Manager.
• Some metrics (reach, impressions) require sufficient post age — they won't show immediately after publish.
