To add your API key, simply go to the Team section where you will find a field to enter your OpenAI API key.

Signup to an account at https://app.mavic.ai
Login to account
Navigate to redemption url: https://app.mavic.ai/redeem
Copy and enter coupon code in "Enter your coupon code here" textbox
Click "Redeem" button
If redemption is successful, a successful message notification will be shown.
You can click on "Go to subscription page" button which navigates you to the "Subscription" page where you can view your current subscription status.

How to add products

Go to Brand DNA → Products & Services.

You have three ways to add products:

Option 1 — Add manually

For one or two products. Click + Add and fill in:

Name
Category / sub-category
Description — features, benefits, what makes it different
Price (optional)
Image — drag and drop a product photo
URL — link to the product page on your site

Option 2 — Bulk import a CSV

For 5+ products. Click Import → CSV. Mavic will show you the expected columns. Match your file to the columns and upload.

Option 3 — Connect Shopify or WooCommerce

For e-commerce stores. Click Import → Shopify or Import → WooCommerce. Authorize the connection and Mavic syncs your products automatically. New products you add to your store will flow into Mavic.

Using products in content

Once a product is saved, you can pull it into any prompt:

@-tag in chat. Type @, pick Product, choose the one you want. Mavic will pull the product's name, description, image, and price into the prompt.

Example:

"Create three Instagram posts that show off @Premium Dog Collar, written for @New Pet Parents."

How to create

Click the workflow icon in the chat composer and pick Blog Post. The form asks:

Topic / working title
Target word count — typically 800–1,500 for SEO, 1,500–3,000 for thought leadership
Customer profile — who's reading this?
SEO keywords — primary plus 2–4 supporting
Tone & writing style — pick from saved Writing Styles
Outline preference — let Mavic propose, or paste your own

Mavic produces a full draft with headings, intro, body, conclusion, and a meta description.

Refining a blog

Edit directly in the document panel. You can:

Refine sections — highlight a paragraph and ask Mavic to rewrite or expand
Translate — convert to another language without losing brand voice
Add images — generate or attach hero and inline images
Generate meta tags — title, description, suggested keywords

Brand Kit: logo, colors, fonts

Your Brand Kit is the visual foundation Mavic uses every time it generates an image, template, or design-led post. Three things go here: your logo, your brand colors, and your fonts.

How to set it up

Go to Brand DNA → Brand Kit.

1. Upload your logo

Click the Brand Logo tile and upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG. Use a transparent PNG if you want the logo to overlay cleanly onto generated images.

If you have a primary logo and a secondary mark (e.g. a square icon for tighter spaces), upload both.

2. Set your brand colors

Click each color tile and either:

Paste a hex code (e.g. #FF6A3D)
Use the color picker

Set at least a primary and secondary color. Add accent colors if your brand uses more.

Tip: stick to 2–4 total. More than that and Mavic-generated visuals get noisy.

3. Pick your fonts

Click each font tile and choose:

A headline font — used for big, attention-grabbing text
A subheader / body font — used for everything else

If you don't know what your fonts are, look at your website or pick a clean default. You can change them later.

4. Save

Click Save after every change. Mavic doesn't auto-save here.

How Mavic uses your Brand Kit

Image generation — colors influence palettes; logos can be applied as overlays.
Templates — every template inherits your colors and fonts by default.

When you create one post and publish it to multiple channels, character limits, formatting, and tone all differ. Mavic lets you tailor the caption for each channel from a single post.

Why captions need to be different

A caption optimised for LinkedIn will look bloated on X. A caption optimised for X will feel thin on LinkedIn.

How to edit per platform

After Mavic generates a multi-channel post:

Open the post in the editor (it'll show channel tabs at the top — Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Click each channel tab.
Edit the caption specifically for that platform.
Save when done.

Mavic shows the character count in real time. It also flags hashtags, mentions, and links that platform-specific rules apply to.
