Credits are missing from your account - what to do


If you're team purchased credits but they are not showing up in Mavic, here's how to fix it.


Check that you are in the right team


If you are part of multiple teams, switch to the team where the credits were purchased and check again.

Wrong team = credits may be available, but not in the workspace you are currently viewing.


Send us the useful details


If your credits are still missing, reach out to our helpdesk - hello@mavic.ai with:

  • Your team/workspace name
  • Your team email address
  • The email address used for payment, if different
  • The number of credits you expected to receive
  • When the credits were purchased
  • A screenshot of your current credits balance
  • A receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation, if available


Reach out to our helpdesk with the details above. We’ll check your account and help restore the missing credits if the purchase was successful.
