Library Overview

Your library

The Library is where every asset you've generated or uploaded lives. It has three tabs: All Assets, Generated Images, and Uploads.

Opening the Library

Click Library in the side navigation.

All Assets

The complete view. Everything you've made or uploaded in this brand workspace shows up here:

  • Generated images
  • Generated videos
  • Generated posts (drafts, scheduled, published)
  • Generated documents (blogs, press releases, emails)
  • Uploaded files (your own images, videos, documents)

For each asset you can:

  • Preview — open the full asset
  • Download — save to your device
  • Reuse — drop into a new chat or post via @-tag
  • Filter — by type, status, date, channel
  • Search — by name or tag

Generated Images

Just the images Mavic has produced. Useful when you need to find a specific generated image fast.

For each image:

  • Preview in full size
  • Open in chat — bring it into a fresh chat for refinement
  • Download as PNG or JPG
  • Use in a post — quick action to attach to a new social post
  • Delete — permanent removal

Uploads

Files you've uploaded — your own product photos, brand documents, reference images, etc.

You can upload here directly or via the paperclip icon in the chat.

For each upload:

  • Preview
  • Download
  • Open in chat — use as input for the next prompt
  • Delete

Using assets in new content

The fastest way to reuse an asset is via @-tag in chat:

  • @Image — pick a generated image (great as a source for image-to-video)
  • @Logo — pick your brand logo
  • @Social post — pick a previously generated post

Mavic pulls the asset into the prompt as a reference. See Using @ to reference brand data.

Organizing the Library

  • Search by typing in the search bar at the top of any tab
  • Filter by type, date, status, or channel using the filter dropdown
  • Sort by newest, oldest, or alphabetical

Tips

  • Keep the library clean. Delete assets you'll never use — it makes searches faster.
  • Re-tag old assets. When Mavic asks for context on an old image, the more metadata in the library, the better the new generation.
  • Download frequently used assets. Even though they're stored, having local copies is useful for quick external use.
