# Threads Connection

# Threads accounts connection

Threads is Meta's text-first social platform. Mavic connects to Threads via your linked Instagram account.

## Prerequisites

* An Instagram Business or Creator account
* A Threads account linked to that Instagram account

## How to connect

1. Click **Integrations** in the side navigation.
2. Find **Threads** and click **Connect**.
3. Allow browser pop-ups.
4. Authenticate via Instagram (Threads connects through Instagram).
5. Approve permissions.
6. Confirm.

## What you can do

* Publish text and image posts
* Schedule via Planner
* Pull engagement (likes, replies, reposts)

## Common issues

* **Threads not appearing in connection options** — your Instagram account may not have Threads enabled. Open the Threads app and complete signup first.
* **Token expired** — reconnect via **Integrations → Threads → Reconnect**.
