How to Tag Companies or Users in Mavic?

Tagging companies or users in your social media posts helps increase reach and ensures the right profiles are notified. Here’s how to do it in Mavic.

Tagging a Company on LinkedIn

Step 1: Start Creating

1. Click Start creating
2. Select Post
3. Choose LinkedIn as your channel

Step 2: Add a Mention

1. Place your cursor where you want to tag a company.
2. Click @ Mention in the editor.
3. Paste the LinkedIn company/organization page URL.

• • ⚠️ Only company/organization/school are supported.

4. Select Insert option.
5. The company will now be tagged in your post.

Step 3: Preview and Publish

1. Open the Preview tab to verify:

• • The company is correctly tagged
  • Formatting and hashtags look right

2. If everything looks good, click Publish.

Tagging Users or Pages on Other Channels

• For platforms other than LinkedIn, simply type @username directly in the post.
• If the platform supports tagging, the mention will appear correctly in the preview.

Tips

• Always check the Preview before publishing.
• Use the official LinkedIn page URL to avoid tagging errors.
