Guide to Credit Bundles on Mavic
Credit bundles give you full flexibility without tying you into a subscription plan. Unlike traditional plans where you’re billed monthly or annually, credit bundles let you pay only for what you use, with no lock-ins, no recurring billing, and complete control over your spend.
What credit bundles are available?
You can purchase credits in the following one-time bundles:
- 100 credits
- 500 credits
- 1000 credits
- 5000 credits
These bundles are designed to support every level of usage, from occasional creators to power users managing large-scale workflows.
How long are my credits valid?
All credits come with long-term validity and can be used for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.
You don’t need to rush to use them, simply consume credits as your team creates, analyzes, or publishes with Mavic.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are deducted based on the type of AI-powered action or workflow you use within Mavic. Each action (such as generating an asset, blog post, image, or social content) consumes a fixed number of credits.
To see the complete credit price list directly inside the platform, follow these steps:
- Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner.

- Go to Team.

- Open the Credits tab.

- Click on “See full list of AI-powered actions”.

This will open a detailed list showing:
- Each AI-powered action
- The exact number of credits consumed per action

This ensures full transparency, so you always know how your credits are being used before and after running any workflow.
How do credits stack with subscriptions and bundles?
If you have subscription credits and/or purchased credit bundles, they all stack together in one pool. Credits are consumed based on which ones expire first.
Mavic always uses credits in ascending order of expiry date, meaning the credits that expire sooner will be used first.
Example:
If you have:
- Bundle A → 100 credits (expires Feb 2, 2026)
- Bundle B → 200 credits (expires Mar 2, 2026)
Then Mavic will:
1️⃣ Use Bundle A credits first
2️⃣ Once Bundle A is fully consumed, it will start using Bundle B
This ensures you always get maximum value and don’t lose credits due to expiry.
Can I buy more credits anytime?
Yes! You can purchase additional bundles whenever needed.
How to Buy Credits (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Select “Buy Credits”
From your sidebar, click Buy Credits.

Step 2: Choose Your Credit Bundle
Select the credit package you want to purchase:

You will also see a summary panel with:
- Total amount due
- Validity
- Selected bundle

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
Click Checkout and complete your payment.
Once completed, your credits will be added instantly to your account.
What happens when I run out of credits?
If your credits reach zero, simply purchase another bundle to continue accessing premium workflows and features.
Are credits refundable?
Credit purchases are one-time transactions and are non-refundable.
However, since they come with long validity, you’ll have plenty of time to use them effectively.
Where can I see my remaining credits?
You can check your credit balance in two ways.
Option 1 - Check Credits from Brand Selector
This is the quickest way to see how many credits are used and remaining.
Step 1: Click on your Brand Selector
At the top navigation bar, select your current brand.

Step 2: View Credit Usage
You’ll see your Credit Usage bar, which shows:
- Credits used
- Credits remaining

Option 2 - Check Credits via Team Settings
If you want a more detailed breakdown, view it under Team > Subscription.
Step 1: Go to Your Profile Menu
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select “Team”
From the dropdown, click Team.

Step 3: Open the Credits Tab
Inside Team, go to the Credits tab to view:
- Total credits received
- Credits used
- Credits remaining
- Credit usage history
- Expiry details
