# Credits Missing

# Credits are missing from your account - what to do

If you're team purchased credits but they are not showing up in Mavic, here's how to fix it. 

## Check that you are in the right team

If you are part of multiple teams, switch to the team where the credits were purchased and check again.
Wrong team = credits may be available, but not in the workspace you are currently viewing.

## Send us the useful details 

If your credits are still missing, reach out to our helpdesk -  hello@mavic.ai with: 
* Your team/workspace name 
* Your team email address
* The email address used for payment, if different 
* The number of credits you expected to receive
* When the credits were purchased
* A screenshot of your current credits balance
* A receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation, if available

Reach out to our helpdesk with the details above. We’ll check your account and help restore the missing credits if the purchase was successful.
