We built the Customer Profile page to give you flexibility and control, no guessing required.
You can either:
Manually create a profile if you already know your ideal customer well
- To get started, head to your Branding page and select Customer Profile. Then, click Add.
- You’ll be prompted to choose your customer type: B2B or B2C. This choice helps mavic tailor your brand’s messaging style, tone, and content recommendations to better resonate with your target audience.
- Whether you're speaking to businesses or individual consumers, your customer profile ensures your content speaks their language. Clearly, confidently, and effectively.
Prompt Mavic to generate one for you based on your brand and industry
- To get started, head to your Branding page and select Customer Profile. Then, click Generate
- This will automatically open a prompt in the mavic chat.
- Simply hit Send, and mavic will create a tailored customer profile based on your brand and industry.
It’s a quick way to gain clarity on your target audience and start crafting content that truly connects.
Both methods are fully editable and built to evolve. You’re never locked in.
