[Article 2] Set the Foundation Right: How Mavic's Onboarding Shapes Your Brand Strategy

It’s easy to think that growing a brand online takes a secret hack, a massive budget, or a stroke of viral luck. But in reality, the most successful marketers aren’t doing more, they’re doing what works, more consistently.

And the secret behind that? They’ve built a system.


🔑 It All Starts With a Solid Foundation

Before you create a single post, mavic guides you through an onboarding flow that sets the groundwork for your marketing success.


This flow will be triggered in 2 scenarios:


  1. New User Sign Up: All new users will be required to undergo the brand onboarding flow.
  2. Creating a new brand: Simply click your brand workspace in the top navigation bar and select 'Create Brand'.


This isn’t just about filling in blanks. It’s about helping mavic understand the essence of your business so it can support you in building a consistent, strategic brand.


Whether you're an established business or just starting out with a strong idea, your input helps shape a brand system tailored to you.


During onboarding, you’ll be asked to:

  • Describe your business type and your brand website (if you have one)
  • Your customers and competitors
  • Integrate your social channels


If you’re a new brand, you can simply share your vision: where you want to go, what you stand for, and what makes you different. Mavic turns even your roughest ideas into a strategic foundation.


📄 Your Brand Report: Powered by Your Inputs

Once your onboarding is complete, mavic generates a brand report. a strategic snapshot of your brand identity and marketing direction.


There are 2 ways to retrieve your brand report:


  1. You can do so in the Dashboard by clicking the Brand Report banner.
  2. Headover to Analyze and select Reports. Then select "Generate your first report"


Mavic do need sometime to generate your brand report. And remember to provide at least 1 competitor so that mavic can successfully generate a brand report!


This brand report includes:

  • Writing style and tone recommendations to align your voice
  • Brand personality to help you stand out from competitors
  • Marketing strategy tips based on your current goals and presence
  • 7 days of content ideas to get you moving right away

It’s not just a document, it’s a launchpad. And it all comes from what you tell us upfront.

The quality of your content depends on the clarity of your brand. The more mavic knows about your brand, even if it's still forming, the better it can:

  • Generate content that feels authentic and aligned
