With mavic’s Socials feature, you can track performance across your social channels and individual posts—all in one place! To access your social media analytics page, simply go to the navigation bar, and select Analyze

How it works

Select your social channel


Choose the platform you want to analyze from your integrated social media accounts. (Need help integrating? Read more [here.](https://mavic.crisp.help/en/article/navigating-your-brand-page-142wlzo/) )*

Your analytics page is split into two key sections: General social channel performance and individual posts performance

General Social Channel Performance (Top of the page). Examples of metrics shown:



Total Followers – Track audience growth.

Demographics – Understand who your followers are.

Total Engagements & Impressions – Measure reach and interaction.

Posting Streak - Provides you with a visual representation of your content posting frequency

Individual Post Performance (Bottom of the page). Example of metrics shown:




Likes, Impressions, Reach, Comments – Get detailed insights on post engagement.

Data Visualization – View performance trends from 72 hours to 1 month.

Customize your insights by clicking on the metrics and adjusting the time range of your data


For general performance of social channel, click on any metric to filter and visualize specific data.



Use the time filter to adjust the reporting range.



For individual posts, click on a post to break down its key metrics, with color-coded visuals for easy tracking.

💡 Pro Tip: Quickly spot trends and optimize your content strategy by comparing high-performing posts with underperforming ones!
